These injectors are for people that have to replace their stock injectors and search for a very slight performance increase at the same time.
BBI Stage 0.1 injectors are using the MY13 Bosch OEM nozzle. They are only adjusted to have a little longer hydraulic injection duration compared to stock which leads to the following injection quantity increases:
MY07 à 14% more injection quantity compared to stock.
MY13 à 4% more injection quantity compared to stock.
Beside that those injector are adjusted to meet our BBI tolerances as a full set, so you get a much better adjusted set compared to just buying new Bosch injectors.
Measured and adjusted over the full operating range. A BBI test sheet with complete injection quantity mappings comes with every Stage 0.1 injector set.

We have been in the Diesel Performance Industry for over 20 years. We 1st got our hands on a set of prototype BBi’s in 2012.
Honestly we were shock and awed, how well they ran, how smoothly they idled and how quiet they were. We soon determined they made more power than a competitors similar sized injector. The BBi’s emitted less smoke, at a similar power level as a competitor. We have been avid BBi enthusiasts ever since we tried that 1st set. Advantages
Common rail electronically controlled injectors are extremely complicated. They are built at the limits of modern manufacturing technology. These injectors have higher durability requirements than any other part of a modern diesel engine. Bosch has designed its injectors to make billions of injection cycles over their lifetime. Therefore they have responded to a multitude of challenges such as: cavitation erosion, tribological stress, particle erosion, functional behavior and so on. They really are a masterpiece of European engineering.
Every adjustment parameter, every single piece (even the smallest) inside the injector, has its own function to meet all these challenges.
We believe we are the first company modifying injectors, that really understands how the injector works. Achieving the maximum output in performance, without harming the long term, separates our products from others. We are the only supplier capable of improving the nozzles, as well as the internals of the injector, essential for getting maximum power on racing applications.

BBI Injectors Direct gladly accepts returns of items subject to the following conditions:
The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase.
The item(s) must have been purchased from us directly. If you have purchased one of our products through a dealer you must contact them to return the item(s) as their return policy will apply.
The customer has to cover the shipping costs for the return of the products.
The item(s) must be unopened. Big Bang Injection GmbH only sells new, unused items and as such we are unable to accept returns of used items. Injector sets must include the original flow sheet. If you are upgrading injectors, call us to see how we can help you.
